Returns
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, Premium Stone will collect and refund or replace the items as the customer chooses. Please refer to our terms and conditions for notification period.
If on receiving the tiles you change your mind, then Premium Stone will arrange to collect the goods and on return will refund minus the collection costs.
You can return any left over goods, except for Adhesive and Grout which are non refundable. If you would like left over goods collected, Premium Stone will arrange collection and upon safe receipt of goods, will refund the cost of goods minus the collection charge. Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt of goods.
